Simply send us:A clear photo of your national ID or Passport.Valid ⁠Email address.Mobile phone number.Fee: The application and beach access fee is a one-time charge of $280, covering all guests staying in this unit.(this is a hacienda fee and we do not charge any profit on top of it)We begin processing the application one days before check-in, so please send your documents ahead of time.The Hacienda application provides beach access for four-bedroom units, accommodating up to eight adults who can enter together, along with all accompanying children 10 years old and under.Guests are required to provide all their identification documents along with their email address at least 24 hours prior to arrival.The rules and regulations form must be signed at the Palm Hills administration office upon arrival.This is a standard procedure and only takes a few minutes during check-in.Additional ServicesHousekeeping: Available upon request for 15-25$ per day.Premium Airport Transfer (Optional): We offer luxury van transportation to and from the airport for a relaxed and seamless experience.This service is available upon request for an additional fee; please contact us in advance to schedule.Maximum Occupancy: The beach access card for four-bedroom units accommodates eight adults plus children under 10 years old.Parking Surface parking is available.We're always happy to assist you.
