the maat team was amazing, but the support team At xaat stays honestly wasn’t the best, they were late to respond, the key was hard to get, no WiFi even tho there’s WiFi, no smart tv nor Netflix, and i called them and they don’t respond but maat stays responded lol? even the onboarding they send emails that are wrong even tho my booking said 4 adults they sent one, but the entire time maat stays support was superb the pictures match the stay and it’s decent not bad would def book thro maat stays for the INCREDIBLE support
