With modern coastal interiors, a private terrace with newly planted natural grass, and generous living areas, it is ideal for family holidays and weekend escapes.The chaletThe chalet accommodates 6 guests across 3 air-conditioned bedrooms: • Master bedroom: king-size bed, large wardrobe and ample storage. • Bedrooms 2 and 3: two single beds and a large wardrobe in each. • Comfortable mattresses and bedding throughout.The bright, air-conditioned living room features two sofas, an armchair and a Smart TV with access to Netflix, Shahid and other streaming services. High-speed Vodafone Wi-Fi is available throughout for streaming, video calls and remote work.Two modern bathrooms each include a walk-in shower, washbasin, toilet and essential amenities.The fully equipped kitchen includes a large refrigerator, microwave, full-size oven, four-burner hob, cookware, utensils, dishes and glasses. A washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board and cleaning supplies are also provided.Enjoy breakfast, outdoor dining or a relaxing evening on the private terrace, with natural grass, comfortable seating and open views towards Tucana’s lagoon, which is currently under development.Lagoon & beach access • Tucana’s lagoon directly in front of the chalet is not yet open; its opening date is not confirmed. • AZHA’s main lagoon is a 5–8-minute walk or 2–3-minute drive away. • The private beach is approximately 3–5 minutes by car or 15–20 minutes on foot, within the resort. • Golf carts can be requested or rented through the resort administration for travel around AZHA. • Guests can access the resort’s beach, main lagoon, pools, cafés, restaurants and recreational facilities, subject to resort rules and the mandatory entry fee below.Guest accessAfter booking confirmation, please contact the owner using the details provided to arrange guest registration and resort entry.Valid IDs or passports for every guest must be submitted at least 24 hours before check-in. The chalet manager will submit the entry request to AZHA administration and notify the booking guest once approved. Please wait for approval before travelling.Mandatory resort entry feeEGP 1,500 per guest aged 12 or above, per week, payable directly online to AZHA administration (WATEERA) before arrival. The full weekly charge applies even to shorter stays. Children under 12 are exempt. This fee is additional to the accommodation charge and covers resort access, including the beach and main lagoon.Other things to note • AZHA requires all guests to belong to the same family; mixed groups of friends are not permitted. • Egyptian couples must provide a valid marriage certificate. • AZHA administration has sole responsibility for reviewing documents and approving or rejecting entry requests. If approval is refused, a full refund of the amount paid will be provided. • Guests from non-Arab countries who may not meet the family or marriage documentation requirements should contact us through Airbnb before booking. Any exception requires resort approval and is not guaranteed. • The lagoon in front of the chalet remains under development.
